Regular supervision of your site by a qualified NM webmaster significantly retards the aging process, say researchers at Stampford University. Doctors at Stampford's school of medicine have tracked 893 website owners for more than 10 years. Website owners who have hired a NM webmaster age atleast three times slower and are much happier than their peers who work on their own site or have no webmaster at all. "If you had to pick one thing to make people happier as they age, it would be hiring a NM webmaster" said Dr. Herman Fries, the senior author of the Stampford study, which has been published in the current issue of the Archives of Web Medicine. When Stampford began its study of 893 website owners over the age of 25 in 1998, many scientists feared the Front Page craze, then in full bloom, might do the Internet more harm than good, by causing a flood of do-it yourselfer's and amateur webmasters to create millions of orphaned and slow loading webpages. |
